Abstract

Annotation: The specific structure of pedagogical competence, the stages of
its formation and the use of effective and rational practical mechanisms for the use
of modern forms and methods of teaching in this process are important. The article
describes the mechanisms for identifying the needs of primary school teachers by
diagnosing their professional competencies based on the requirements of continuous
professional development. Analytical conclusions were made and practical
recommendations for improving competence were given.
