It focuses on key frameworks developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations (UN), highlighting essential conventions and treaties such as the ILO Conventions No. 97 and No. 143, and the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families (1990).
