Abstract
In this article, the author attempts a doctrinal study of the issues of legal
regulation of the regime of digital assets in the territory of the European Union, in
particular their legal status. The normative documents of the European legislator, as
well as the opinions of representatives of the modern legal doctrine, are analyzed.
On the basis of the comparative analysis, the author puts forward recommendations
for the implementation, taking into account national interests, of the rules approved
by the European community into the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
