MEANING IN THE EMPIRICAL STUDY OF THE LANGUAGE

Abstract

Annotation: This article aims to explore the importance of empirical studies in
the study of language. The study was conducted to determine the role of empirical
research in linguistics and to highlight some examples of empirical studies in language
research. The results suggest that empirical studies provide a robust foundation for the
study of language, enabling researchers to make evidence-based claims about language
use and structure.
